  • Develop and standardize Standard Operating Procedures for a range of water and sewage treatment facilities.
• Yarra Trams – a range of projects including:
  • Development of the Rollingstock Engineering Procedures Manual.
  • Development of a Technical Maintenance Plan for automatic points.
  • Review existing material and document an Asset Management System across the Infrastructure, Rollingstock and ICT businesses.
• Goulburn Valley Water – review of internal standards and templates for use by suppliers and construction contractors
• Swire Cold Storage – revise and produce Operators Manual for freezer cranes; and conduct Crane Operator and Maintainer training courses at facilities in Melbourne and Sydney.
• KnowledgeDOC – a range of projects including:
  • Development of tender response documentation for Programmed Facilities Management to provide facilities management services for Northern Metropolitan Adelaide for the SA Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure.
  • Review and development of technical standards for Deakin University’s Audio Visual Network Division, using AuthorIT knowledge management system.
  • Development of HR and HSE procedures for Toxfree Waste
  • Alliance agreement documentation for Nextgen, a Telstra joint venture with Visionstream.
• Downer EDI Rail – development of training modules for maintenance personnel of the new Waratah Trains at the Auburn Maintenance Facility, Sydney.
• Industrial Conveying (Aust) Pty Ltd – a range of projects including:
  • Operations and Maintenance Manuals for materials handling systems at the Commonwealth’s Mulwala Redevelopment Project.
  • Operations and Maintenance Manuals for materials handling systems at George Weston Foods Smallgoods facility at Castlemaine.
  • Operations and Maintenance Manuals for materials handling systems at Murray-Goulburn Cheese facility at Cobram.
  • Operations and Maintenance Manuals for a Tub Filling System at Cadbury’s Scoresby confectionary facility.
  • Operations and Maintenance Manuals for Parcel Sortation System at Australian air Express (AaE) Domestic Freight Processing Centres in Sydney and Melbourne.

  • Mulwala Redevopment Project – review of vendor documentation for GHD as the Commonwealth’s Representative
  • Tarago Water Scheme Upgrade – Operations and Maintenance Manuals for four sites.
  • Western Corridor Recycled Water Pipeline (Eastern Pipeline Alliance) Maintenance and Operations Manuals, and Performance Testing Manuals.
  • National Emergency Risk Assessment Guidelines (NERAG) Project Steering Committee – review, edit and formatting of the Draft Guidelines.
  • Goulburn-Campaspe Link Pipeline – Eppalock-Sandhurst Booster Pump Station\ Operations and Maintenance Manual.
  • Lower Murray Water – Strategic Asset Management Review of the business, including conducting workshops with key personnel.
  • Melbourne Airport – Standby Power Generation Operations Manual.
  • Water Corporation (WA) – Development of a Safety and Operations Manual, spanning separate volumes for the chlorine, aluminium sulphate and sodium hydroxide facilities at the Jandakot Groundwater Treatment Plant.
  • Australian air Express – development of Request for Proposal (RFP) for their proposed Domestic Freight Processing Centres.
  • Machine Books for Voest-Alpine’s Stackers, Shiploaders and Reclaimer at the Dampier Port Upgrade, WA.
  • CSR Pioneer Sugar Mill Cogeneration project – Operators Manual.

  • Development of Maintenance and Driver Manuals of the Melbourne X’Trapolis suburban train for Melbourne Alstom Transport Ltd.
  • Maintenance and Operations Manual for Kempe International’s Aluminium Anode Conveyor System for Hindalco, India.
  • Safe Operating Procedures (SOP) for Kempe International’s Dross Recovery Plant for KAAL at Point Henry, Geelong.
  • Operation and Maintenance Manuals for Australia Post’s Parcel Sorting and Handling System equipment.
  • Operator and Technicians training courses development and delivery to Australia Post’s personnel for their Parcel Sorting and Handling System.
